By downloading or playing Oriens Blocks, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short — please read them carefully.
Who we are
Oriens Blocks is an iOS puzzle game built and operated by an independent developer (Hüseyin Babal). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or any subscription you purchase inside it.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the app.
- Don't attempt to manipulate tournament leaderboards (scripted scores, modified clients, etc.). We reserve the right to invalidate suspicious scores.
- Don't use Oriens Blocks in any way that violates the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement or applicable law.
Subscriptions and payment
Oriens Blocks is free to play. Optional Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) remove all advertising and are billed through your Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions screen. Refunds are handled by Google under the standard Play Store refund policy.
Tournaments
Tournament participation is opt-in. Scores you submit may appear on a public leaderboard together with the username you chose. We may rotate, archive, or end tournaments at any time; no prizes are awarded unless explicitly announced inside the app.
No warranty
Oriens Blocks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the game will be free of bugs, that tournament servers will be continuously available, or that every score will be recorded under every network condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriens Blocks and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Oriens Blocks subscription in the most recent 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
